About Turko Fertilizers
Turko Fertilizers was started in 1978 by Glen Turko. Glen and Stephanie Turko have expanded the business from McCreary, Manitoba to 4 additional locations; Glenella, Sandy Lake, Oakburn and Ste. Rose Du Lac. Meet the staff at the location near you today!
McCreary
McCreary, Manitoba is where Turko Fertilizers started in 1978 and where the head office is still located. Glen Turko still oversees operations, but his daughter Tasha Turko now works from the head office in McCreary along with a great team of employees.
Glenella
Turko Fertilizers expanded to its second location in Glenella, Manitoba in 1979. Taras Turko, son of Glen and Stephanie, began running and working in Glenella in 2004 when he graduated with his business degree and moved back home to McCreary.
Turko Fertilizers expanded to its third location in Sandy Lake, Manitoba in 1996. The location currently serves the Sandy Lake, Erickson, Onanole, Elphinstone, Newdale and Mountain Road area.
Turko Fertilizers set up its fourth location in Oakburn, Manitoba in 1999. Dallas Kominko has been working at the site since it opened in 1999 and became the manager in 2002. The location serves the Oakburn, Rossburn, Strathclair, Shoal Lake and Menzie area.
Turko Fertilizers purchased an existing location in Ste. Rose, Manitoba in to call its fifth location. Stephanie Turko currently manages the site. The location serves the Ste. Rose, Ochre River, Makinak, Eddystone, Rorketon and Magnet areas.
